  1. It would be great if you analyzed a specific title that used growth loops. What features were within the game that supported growth. How did that loop function, and how was the success measured? Things like Pinterest or SurveyMonkey are well and good. What recent game was built with that kind of loop, preferably one where it was built into the various stages of the game, from beginning novice to expert end-game player? I’ve seen attempts (Wargaming’s World of Warships and World of Tanks comes to mind). However, there as in most games, the loops are too loose to successfully capture, hold and build more than a fraction of the possible players.

    1. I’ll try to find the time 🙂 to put together a good example from the gaming space but I often look outside of the space for strategies gaming companies can implement. We too often just copy from other games rather than innovate.
