  1. Hi. Nice post. In your 3rd paragraph, the order for RAISE and REDUCE should be reversed. meaning to start with E (Eliminate) and then immediately R (Reduce) and then comes the R (Raise) and finally C (Create). The other important aspect of BOS is the ability to visualise the strategy formulation through the value curves (as-is and to-be) on the strategy canvas. The use of ERRC tool therefore will show up as two divergent curves. The To-Be value curves would typically start from the low as you E (Eliminate) and R (Reduce) using the KCF (key competing factors).
