  2. Hi Lloyd,

    We have a slightly different take on what will happen regarding M&A following the Zynga IPO. Based on our assessment of the S-1 and Zynga’s reported attempts to buy Rovio and PopCap — which were supposedly rebuffed — the company is going to us the IPO proceeds to 1) build out their own data centers and 2) buy a company, likely for international expansion. They also need mobile. Seems like the U.S. market is saturated for them as they can’t get much more successful on the Facebook platform. Just our two cents.
